1.0 Definitions

1.1 Teachmetodrive.info is the trading name of Smarttouch Ltd hereinafter referred to as “Smarttouch” or “We, Our or Us” or “the website”.
1.2 A Subscriber is any person applying to register on the smarttouch website hereinafter referred to as “You, Your”.
1.3 An Enquirer is any person, body or organisation using the website to find information on our registered subscribers.
1.4 Teachmetodrive.info is a lead referral service providing contact information from enquirers to our website to its subscribers.
1.5 Contact information will only be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein.
1.6 Postcode district is the first three letters and numbers used to search for coverage and is limited to the range of postcode districts within the United Kingdom as defined by the United Kingdom Postal Service.
1.7 The Terms & Conditions of this agreement may be amended or updated from time to time and will be available from our website.

2.0 Use of Your Information

2.1 We will hold your details in accordance with the requirements of the Information Commissioner and the requirements of all Acts in accordance with applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
2.2 We will only publish the details of your driving school in accordance with your subscription and the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2.3 Your name and the name of your driving school will be available to view in accordance with your subscription
2.4 Further information as supplied by you may be available to the website enquirer in accordance with your subscription level as detailed herein.
2.5 We will not supply your address details to any enquirer of our website; however this information is required in order for you to become a subscriber.
2.6 Your details will not be passed to any 3 rd parties unless you express an interest in any services as listed on our website.
2.7 We may advise you by email of offers and information of interest from time to time.

3.0 Application to Register

3.1 Our services is limited to Approved Driving Instructors listed on Driving Standards
Agency register .

3.2 In order to register a driving instructor must provide their full name and current address,
ADI number, Date of Birth and Expiry Date.

3.3 On submission we will confirm the details of your application and provided that your
application is approved we will publish your details on our register.

3.4 Our confirmation process will check against the DSA Find your nearest facility within 48
hours of application.

3.5 Where a driving instructor is not listed on the published register we will contact the DSA by telephone to verify your details.

3.6 Fees charged for our minimum subscription will be incurred on application

3.7 We will only publish your details according to your level of subscription based upon the postcode districts you register.

3.8 We will not accept a registration on behalf of a company for a group of driving instructors where no instructor details have been provided.

4.0 Subscription

4.1 Once you are registered and your application has been approved your company trading name and your name will be published according to the postcode district coverage information you supply.

4.2 Your subscription will commence from the date of your application to register on our website.

4.3 Our service will limit the number of postcode districts where your details will appear.

4.4 Your subscription may be listed either as Manual or Automatic (gearbox) and searched according to the preference of the website user.

4.5 Our subscription service offers a range of levels of service. The range of the service supplied by us is detailed herein; however the service may be amended at any time and is not limited to the following:

4.5.1 Displaying of Information to Subscribers.

4.5.1.1 The website will display a maximum of 5 subscribers to an enquirer. If more than 5 subscribers are registered for the postcode district hen the enquirer will initially view the top 5 subscribers.
4.5.1.2 Enquirers will be shown a subscribers details in accordance with their subscription level and then according to the least number of times previously viewed by postcode district.
4.5.1.3 The enquirer will be able to select up to 5 driving schools to contact and will be required to include a name and either mobile telephone or email address.
4.5.1.4 Details of the enquiry will be forwarded to all subscribers selected by SMS text message and email.
4.5.1.5 The enquirer will be able to view further driving schools on request.

4.5.2 Bronze (Entry) Level

4.5.2.1 Publishing of your contact name and company name on our website.
4.5.2.2 Details of any enquiries made by our website users when your details are selected
4.5.2.3 SMS and email messages summarising the details of enquiries made as per 3.4.1.2
4.5.2.4 Access to our online account system
4.5.2.5 A maximum of 4 postcode districts to be registered

4.5.3 Silver Level

4.5.3.1 As 4.5.2 except:
4.5.3.2 The addition of a website link to your website address
4.5.3.3 Profile information on the driving instructor and the services available
4.5.3.4 Recommendations – Subscribers may add testimonials from any previous pupils.
4.5.3.5 Special Offers – The ability to include details of any special offers available to enquirers.
4.5.3.6 The ability to add a company logo.
4.5.3.7 The ability to add a photo gallery.
4.5.3.8 A maximum of 8 postcode areas.
4.5.3.9 A maximum of 5 subscribers.

4.5.4 Gold Level

4.5.4.1 As 4.5.3 except:
4.5.4.2 A Magnetic QR code to be supplied to the subscriber
4.5.4.3 An exclusive enquiry link on our website from the QR code
4.5.4.4 The ability to offer gift vouchers for the driving school in accordance with any special offer displayed to the enquirer
4.5.4.5 The ability to accept credit and debit cards for vouchers
4.5.4.6 A 5% commission will be charged for each transaction charged through our service.
4.5.4.7 A maximum of 3 subscribers per postcode area.

4.6 In the event that your application is not approved we will advise you by email. You will be able to edit the details provided to us via our instructor login service and resubmit your information for approval.
4.7 In the event that you are unable to provide details of an instructor registered with the driving standards agency, we will deduct an administration fee at the same rate paid for our bronze (entry) subscription service.
4.8 In the event of 4.7 above your application may be amended at any time within the 12 month period from 1st application, thereafter any subscription to the service will terminate.
4.9 We will advise you prior to the renewal of your subscription to our service by email. Your service will automatically renew on the

5.0 Payment of Services

5.1 Your subscription to the website will be confirmed upon completion of the relevant payment through our payment gateway.
5.2 Your payment information will be stored by the payment gateway provider and no information will be held by smarttouch ltd.
5.3 Your subscription period will be for a period of 12 months from the date of application and will renew on the application date each year unless you cancel your subscription at any point prior to the renewal date.
5.4 If you upgrade your subscription at any point during the year your contract will renew for a further 12 months.

6.0 Upgrading your subscription

6.1 You may upgrade your subscription at any point once you have completed your application and upgraded your service.

7.0 Using your Login & Password

7.1 Upon 1st registration you will be required to supply us with your email address. We will then forward you a temporary password which can be used to access your registration account.
7.2 Your username is the email address that you supply when first registering.
7.3 When you login using this password to register you will then be required to provide a new password. You may change your password at any time.
7.4 If you are unable to access your account as a result of losing your password you will be able to request a password reminder which will be sent to your registered email address.

8.0 Suspension of services

8.1 As our service is limited to approved Driving Instructors who are currently listed on the DSA ADI Register we reserve to suspend your account if:

8.1.1 You no longer hold a current ADI licence or your licence has expired
8.1.2 You have been removed from the register by the DSA
8.1.3 You do not renew your subscription to our service

8.2 We reserve the right to suspend any subscriber information from being displayed if you are unable to provide us with:

8.2.1 The PRN number of your ADI licence
8.2.2 The expiry date of your ADI licence
8.2.3 Your Date of Birth
8.2.4 Your current address details
8.2.5 Your full name

8.3 In the event that your account is suspended your contract will remain enforced until either:

8.3.1 Your subscription to our service ends after a 12 month period
8.3.2 You advise us in writing that you wish to terminate your subscription

9.0 Termination

9.1 You may terminate your account with us at any point during your subscription period
9.2 You will be required to supply us with your registered name and address and ADI number in order for us to process your request.
9.3 Upon termination we will cease publishing your subscriber details on our website.
9.4 Should you terminate your agreement at any point during your contract period we will be unable to refund you any proportion of the remaining term under your agreement.
